Warranty Period
We offer a 6-month warranty on all footwear from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions
If your item(s) meet the below criteria, we will gladly issue you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we can issue store-credit or a full refund on the product.
- The item is faulty and is not of acceptable quality. This will be assessed from supplied imagery as per the below.
Note: This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration of the product, negligence or improper fit. Claims may take up to 4 weeks to process.
Additional Note: If a new item is sent to you via postal service, under warranty, you will be required to pay a $10AUD (Domestic) / $15AUD (International) shipping fee for replacement under warranty.
Australian and International Warranties:
You may be required to post your item/s back to us in Australia at you own cost, please consider this when ordering with us.
What’s next?
If you believe your item may have a manufacturing fault, please submit your item for assessment via email to info@coastrunnersshop.com.au with the subject line 'Faulty - [insert name and order number]’ as your return reason.
You will need to provide details on what the product is used for, how many days per week it us worn/used and on what surface, plus the following images of the product/s:
- a photo of the tops of both shoes/items
- a photo of the bottoms of both shoes/items
- a clear photo of the inside tag showing the size and manufacturing code etc.
- a close up of the fault
If your item is deemed faulty, you'll be issued a replacement (if available), store credit or refund.
Please note: If you your order was an online purchase, and your item meets our warranty terms, you will be required to pay a $10 shipping and processing fee for replacement, as the orignal postage service was already received. Express post is available at an extra cost.
